Terms & Conditions

Last updated: [date] — please replace when publishing.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of https://underdev7.youthgeekers.com, applications for Founding Members, and related offerings operated by [juridical name] (“we”, “us”, “ARU”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. This is core boilerplate only — local counsel must adapt for UAE and any other applicable laws.

1. Who we are

[juridical name], [registered address]. Trade / registration reference: [trade license / registration number]. Contact: [contact email].

2. The Services

ARU — House of Calibration provides information about private experiences, calibration concepts, and membership pathways such as Founding Members. Descriptions on the site are for orientation and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing under a separate agreement or invitation.

3. Applications and eligibility

Applications are selective. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or defer applications for alignment, capacity, or operational reasons. You agree that information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

4. Fees and payment

Pricing, payment timing, and cancellation rules for specific events or memberships will be communicated privately to accepted participants where applicable. Until then, no fees are taken through this policy alone — reconcile with your checkout provider terms.

5. Intellectual property

All branding, marks, copy, imagery, and materials on the Services are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written consent except as allowed by mandatory law.

6. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the Services: no unlawful activity, harassment, scraping that overloads systems, attempting unauthorized access, or misrepresenting affiliation with ARU.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Wellness and appearance concepts are not a substitute for medical advice. Seek qualified professionals for medical concerns.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services should be capped as permitted by local law (your lawyer to specify amount or scheme).

9. Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

Specify governing law and venue (e.g. Dubai, UAE courts or DIFC as advised). Until then: “[governing law and jurisdiction to be confirmed by [juridical name]]”.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by law. For material changes, additional notice may be required.
